Manufacturing

More than just a part

Broad manufacturing expertise and modern CNC machining centers enable us to deliver our customers' individual requirements flexibly, economically and precisely. Shaped by simulator engineering, we combine technical understanding, agility and a view of the whole.

We bring that solution-oriented thinking to every manufacturing task, whatever the industry and application. In reverse engineering we also help to capture existing parts and components, develop them further for manufacturing and transfer them reliably into new solutions.

Quality, proximity, honest advice. We stay with you beyond the assembly.

What we stand for

Honest advice

As equals, transparent and pragmatic. Even when it is uncomfortable.

Proximity

Open dealings, partnership and co-engineering, with short paths.

Quality

As an attitude at every touchpoint, from the first conversation to the last screw.

Systems expertise

Thinking in complete assemblies, integrating through to the finished system.

Range of services

From the precision part to the assembled unit

The range of services describes what we make. Precision parts, fixtures and complete assemblies including all the mechanical and electrical components required. What matters is not the quantity, but whether we can ensure precision and quality.

Finished precision part from REISER manufacturing

Individual part & prototype

A precision part from a drawing, from CAD data or from a sample that we capture first. Initial and functional samples, series of up to 1,000 units per year.

Small and medium batch production

Call-off orders with short lead times, storage of your parts at our facility and initial sample inspection reports at the start of series production.

Assembly

Assembled units from our own part production, including quality assurance and documentation.

Reverse Engineering

Data acquisition at your site or at our facility, advanced scanning and measuring solutions, design preparation including derived drawings.

Obsolescence

View into the working area of a CNC milling machine with a clamped part

When a part no longer exists, we manufacture it anyway.

Discontinued components, missing drawings, a supplier that no longer exists. Obsolescence hits every long-lived system sooner or later. We capture the affected part, reconstruct the missing data and manufacture it again, inspected and documented.

This keeps systems running whose spare parts supply ran dry long ago. For single legacy parts as much as for system updates, for our own simulators as much as for your products.

Manufacturing depth

Our capabilities for your technical task

All steps from a single source. That is what people look for when they need a partner for demanding manufacturing tasks. Shaped by building complex components for training solutions in aerospace and defense, we cover machining in house as well as process steps such as painting, assembly and cable manufacturing. For you that means one contact person instead of a supply chain.

Comprehensive advice

We want to be a partner who meets you as an equal.

A technical sparring partner. Someone who listens and asks questions. And ultimately someone who is useful to you, our customer, as simple as that sounds. With honest advice we point out opportunities for improvement and develop solutions together that are technically convincing and economically sound. We believe that customer requirements and needs which go beyond a drawing are essential for a lasting, successful partnership.

FAQ

The questions that come up most often in our inquiries and quotes. Your question is not here? Ask us directly.

Which parts and batch sizes do you manufacture?

+

From prototype through small batches to medium production runs, from the single part through fixtures to the assembled unit. What matters is not the quantity, but whether we can ensure precision and quality.

Which materials and tolerances are possible?

+

We machine all common steel and aluminum materials, engineering plastics, titanium alloys and special materials such as Invar, Monel and others.

Can you manufacture a part without a drawing or CAD data?

+

Yes. Through reverse engineering we capture the existing part, reconstruct the data and manufacture it again. That is our standard route for obsolescence and legacy cases.

How does an inquiry work?

+

Send us the drawing, the CAD data or the part itself. We come back with an assessment of feasibility, time and cost. Technical, transparent and as equals.
