FAQ

The most frequent questions about REISER as a company and as a partner.

Who is REISER Simulation and Training?

+

REISER Simulation and Training GmbH is a family-run German manufacturer of helicopter flight simulators and training systems, based in Berg near Munich. Since 1988 we have been developing and manufacturing realistic simulation and training solutions for civilian and military customers worldwide, from individual simulation components and Flight Training Devices (FTD) to Full Flight Simulators qualified up to EASA Level D and integrated training solutions. All company facts on one page: REISER at a glance.

What does REISER develop and manufacture?

+

REISER combines data acquisition, modeling, hardware and software engineering, precision manufacturing, system integration and qualification under one roof. This creates custom solutions matched to the specific platform, the operational profile and the training objective. Our portfolio ranges from individual components such as cockpits and panels through training devices and digital solutions to complete training systems.

For which domains does REISER develop training solutions?

+

REISER develops simulation and training solutions for the Air, Land, Sea and Space domains, and for further requirements that arise from specific platforms and operational profiles. The focus is on training effectiveness. In immersive environments, simulation technology and human capabilities work together. Proven simulation methods are combined with new technologies such as mixed reality.

What makes the REISER approach special?

+

REISER starts from the real system. We capture its behavior, transfer that knowledge into models and develop robust simulation and training solutions from it. In doing so we combine engineering, hardware, software, manufacturing and system integration. That makes solutions possible that do not just reproduce individual functions but are matched to the actual requirements of a platform, an operational profile and a training objective.
