Broad manufacturing expertise and modern CNC machining centers enable us to deliver our customers' individual requirements flexibly, economically and precisely. Shaped by simulator engineering, we combine technical understanding, agility and a view of the whole.
We bring that solution-oriented thinking to every manufacturing task, whatever the industry and application. In reverse engineering we also help to capture existing parts and components, develop them further for manufacturing and transfer them reliably into new solutions.
Quality, proximity, honest advice. We stay with you beyond the assembly.
As equals, transparent and pragmatic. Even when it is uncomfortable.
Open dealings, partnership and co-engineering, with short paths.
As an attitude at every touchpoint, from the first conversation to the last screw.
Thinking in complete assemblies, integrating through to the finished system.
Range of services
The range of services describes what we make. Precision parts, fixtures and complete assemblies including all the mechanical and electrical components required. What matters is not the quantity, but whether we can ensure precision and quality.
Individual part & prototype
A precision part from a drawing, from CAD data or from a sample that we capture first. Initial and functional samples, series of up to 1,000 units per year.
Small and medium batch production
Call-off orders with short lead times, storage of your parts at our facility and initial sample inspection reports at the start of series production.
Assembly
Assembled units from our own part production, including quality assurance and documentation.
Reverse Engineering
Data acquisition at your site or at our facility, advanced scanning and measuring solutions, design preparation including derived drawings.
Our customers' industries
Aerospace
Optical industry
Research and development
Robotics
Automotive
Defense technology
Obsolescence
Discontinued components, missing drawings, a supplier that no longer exists. Obsolescence hits every long-lived system sooner or later. We capture the affected part, reconstruct the missing data and manufacture it again, inspected and documented.
This keeps systems running whose spare parts supply ran dry long ago. For single legacy parts as much as for system updates, for our own simulators as much as for your products.
Get in touch directlyManufacturing depth
All steps from a single source. That is what people look for when they need a partner for demanding manufacturing tasks. Shaped by building complex components for training solutions in aerospace and defense, we cover machining in house as well as process steps such as painting, assembly and cable manufacturing. For you that means one contact person instead of a supply chain.
Planning & programming, procurement
Programming, tooling and clamping strategy, procurement of raw material
CNC manufacturing
3- and 5-axis machining, simultaneous milling and high-speed milling.
Quality assurance
Dimensional and functional inspection to customer specification, material testing by reputable partners, coordinate measuring technology under climate-controlled conditions.
Qualified partner network for specialized process steps
Long-standing partners for surface and heat treatment.
Upstream and downstream process steps can be handled centrally through one contact person.

Process
Whether a single part or a complete assembly, every inquiry takes the same path with us. We believe in quality as an attitude, from the first conversation to the last screw.
1
Part, drawing or scan as the starting point
Part analysis and feasibility / manufacturability review
Advisory role: an honest assessment
Data acquisition and reconstruction if required (reverse engineering)
2
Definition of the machining strategy and the machine
Design and CAM programming
Material and tool procurement
3
Manufacturing from the single part to series production
Materials from aluminum to titanium
In-process control and documentation
4
Mechanical and electronic assembly
Painting and powder coating in house
Surface and heat treatments by qualified partners
5
Dimensional inspection with monitored measuring equipment
Coordinate measuring technology from Zeiss IMT (Accura II) for the most demanding quality requirements
Safety inspections by accredited suppliers, for example ultrasonic testing, X-ray and dye penetrant inspection
Certification to DIN ISO 9001:2015
Comprehensive advice
A technical sparring partner. Someone who listens and asks questions. And ultimately someone who is useful to you, our customer, as simple as that sounds. With honest advice we point out opportunities for improvement and develop solutions together that are technically convincing and economically sound. We believe that customer requirements and needs which go beyond a drawing are essential for a lasting, successful partnership.
A family-run company, short paths, fast decisions. You speak directly with the people who make your part.

Manufacturing is part of the REISER universe. Three ways to read on. The training solutions, the products and the competency model behind them.
We are open to inquiries. Whether you bring a finished drawing, a legacy problem without data or a first idea, we advise honestly, even when it is uncomfortable. Because we think long term instead of selling short term.

FAQ
The questions that come up most often in our inquiries and quotes. Your question is not here? Ask us directly.
+
From prototype through small batches to medium production runs, from the single part through fixtures to the assembled unit. What matters is not the quantity, but whether we can ensure precision and quality.
+
We machine all common steel and aluminum materials, engineering plastics, titanium alloys and special materials such as Invar, Monel and others.
+
Yes. Through reverse engineering we capture the existing part, reconstruct the data and manufacture it again. That is our standard route for obsolescence and legacy cases.
+
Send us the drawing, the CAD data or the part itself. We come back with an assessment of feasibility, time and cost. Technical, transparent and as equals.
