Customer-specific training systems

Your system. Your tasks. Your training solution.

When a standard solution is not enough, REISER develops a training system that fits your platform, your tasks and your technical conditions. Existing products are adapted, several building blocks are integrated or project-specific components are developed.

Individual customer requirements

A training solution that fits your system.

Every platform brings its own systems, interfaces and processes. The tasks to be trained differ as well: the focus can be a procedure, a specific system interaction or a single work step.

REISER translates these requirements into a technical training environment. Hardware, software, data, models and infrastructure are matched to each other so that they reproduce the intended platform and the intended training precisely.

Starting point

Your platform, your technical requirements and the tasks to be trained.

Implementation

Adapt existing products, integrate REISER building blocks or develop project-specific components.

Result

A training system that fits your platform, your infrastructure and your training objective.

The starting point

When the training objective is not off the shelf.

Standardized training devices can cover many requirements. New platforms, special system variants or specific tasks often call for more: adapted operating logic, an original cockpit, dedicated data and models or the integration of existing systems.

The technical environment is rarely identical either. Existing infrastructure, interfaces and processes have to be taken into account. That is why a project at REISER does not start with a particular product but with the question:

What has to be trained, and which technical solution reproduces that task reliably?

What is trained

The task defines the solution.

A training system does not have to simulate as much as possible. It has to reproduce what matters in training. REISER therefore aligns the technical solution with the specific tasks, roles and processes.

Depending on the requirement, the focus can be on individual procedures, on operating a system, on the interaction of several users or on carrying out a practical work step safely.

How we build it

From the portfolio to the right architecture.

The right building blocks come from the REISER portfolio or are developed for the project. We combine existing products, physical components, data, models, software and infrastructure into one technical training environment that is matched to your platform and your training requirements.

Depending on the requirement, REISER adapts individual components, integrates existing systems or develops a complete custom solution.

Built on these REISER competencies

The same competency model sits behind every REISER solution, from the real system to long-term support. For customer-specific training solutions these five steps interlock. Each competency can also be booked on its own, as an engineering or OEM service.

FAQ

The most common questions about customer-specific training systems, from needs analysis to the start of training.

What are customer-specific training systems?

+

Customer-specific training systems are technical training environments matched to a specific platform, task, user group and infrastructure. REISER combines suitable products, components, data, models, software and system technology for this, or develops project-specific elements.

Is a customer-specific training system possible for our platform?

+

That depends on the platform, the training objective, the available data and the technical conditions. For a first assessment, information on the system, the operational profile, tasks, syllabus, user groups, infrastructure and interfaces is relevant, among other things.

Which services does REISER provide?

+

REISER can support projects, depending on the requirement and the agreed scope, from needs analysis and business case through planning, project management, development, procurement, manufacturing and integration to handover ready for operation. Individual engineering or manufacturing services are also possible.

Does the technical architecture have to be defined already?

+

No. It starts with the training requirement, the real system, the operational profile and the existing technical situation. The suitable architecture is developed from that. Existing systems can be taken into account and, where the technical interfaces allow it, integrated.

Can existing systems be integrated?

+

Existing training systems, products, infrastructure and syllabi can be included in the planning. Whether integration is possible depends on the technical interfaces, the system requirements and the intended training objective.

How does a project start?

+

It starts with a conversation about the training objective, the platform, the operational profile, the user groups and the existing infrastructure. Requirements, technical conditions and possible architectures are then examined. On this basis REISER can propose the further project scope.
