Complex missions cannot be repeated at will in reality.
In our simulators they can.
Many operational situations can only be reproduced to a limited extent in real operations, and not repeated at will. Mission Training brings the relevant conditions into a controlled environment. Participants can repeat sequences, review decisions and improve how they work together. A rare situation becomes a trainable scenario.

Mission Training aims at confidence in acting together. Participants have to interpret information, coordinate tasks, set priorities, communicate and adapt the sequence to new conditions. The focus is therefore not on operating a system in isolation, but on the interaction within the shared scenario.
