Training starts with the objective
REISER develops training systems for real platforms, procedures and operational scenarios. The focus is on specific training objectives: preparing missions, training pilots, mastering technical procedures and coordinating several roles in a shared scenario.
Not every training objective needs the same system. What matters is the task, the operational profile, the user group and the conditions under which the training takes place. The result is a training environment that does not start from a catalog product, but from one question:
What has to be mastered reliably in training?
Discuss your training requirementFields of application
Air, Land and Sea show the domains REISER works in today. The specific training solution follows the platform, the task and the operational profile, and it is not limited to these areas.
Air
From the cockpit to the Full Flight Simulator
Land
Driving and operating simulation for land transport
Sea
Training for operations and rescue over water
Training Solutions
Training requirements follow no fixed pattern.
Mission Training, Pilot Training, Maintenance Training and XR & Distributed Training give orientation, but they are not a closed list.
REISER develops and integrates training systems for specific tasks, platforms and operational profiles, including cases where a requirement spans several areas or goes beyond them.
Examples from practice
These projects show how REISER implements specific requirements with products, systems and engineering expertise. They stand for individual applications, not for the limits of our range.

FAQ
The right training system follows the training objective first, not a product: what is to be trained, for whom and under which conditions?
Is REISER limited to certain training fields?
+
No. Mission Training, Pilot Training and Maintenance Training show important use cases, but they are not a closed list. REISER develops training solutions for specific tasks, platforms and operational profiles, including cases where a requirement spans several areas or goes beyond them.
For which platforms and fields of application does REISER develop training solutions?
+
REISER works in the Air, Land and Sea domains and develops solutions for different platforms and operating environments. What matters is the real system, the specific task and the training objective.
What does REISER mean by Mission Training?
+
Mission Training connects several roles, systems or participants in one shared scenario. The focus is on communication, interaction, coordination and decisions. This can apply to a single crew as much as to the interplay of different systems or response teams.
How does a training solution for a specific requirement come about?
+
The starting points are the platform, the operational profile, the task, the user groups and the technical environment. From these, REISER develops, manufactures and integrates suitable products, components and systems, from the single training device to a training environment that is customer-specific or delivered as a turnkey project.
