They were able to get to know design engineering, software development and electronic assembly, and to find out in a playful way whether these professions might be right for their future.
As the icing on the cake, the participants were again able to take home a mood light that they had wired, soldered and programmed themselves.
We are delighted that Girls’ Day 2024 was a great success and hope we were able to play a small part in a working world guided by interests and free of stereotypes. As German Chancellor Olaf Scholz put it: “Girls’ Day is important, and ‘as long as it takes’.”
