That is exactly why we challenged those role expectations again this year and introduced nine interested girls to these fascinating activities. We showed them our electromechanical production, mechanical engineering and software development to convey the appeal of technical and skilled trades.
Perhaps we will see some of them again in a few years as technicians or engineers. We would be delighted.
