Together with more than 20 colleagues we set off for the mountains, not only to climb around 1,300 metres of altitude, but also to clear our heads and have real conversations.
The route was demanding. For some it pushed them to their physical limits, for others it was a moment of stillness in nature. But that is exactly what brought us together: mutual encouragement, shared laughter, short breaks with wide views.
Experiences like this show how valuable real encounters are, away from meeting rooms, production floors and screens. We did not just hike together, we grew together.
