My name is Sebastian Balk, I am 33 years old and I have been working as deputy head of the mechanical engineering department since March 2019. I have been with the company since February 2018.

We are delighted to tell you that our former apprentice Tom Pawlicki came second at state level in the German Skilled Crafts Competition 2020 in the field of systems electronics. It is a great pleasure for us to contribute to training the next generation, and we thank Mr Pawlicki for his outstanding achievements and for the time we spent together.
