"It is rare for groups made up of different parts of a company to work together this well." That is how the award ceremony at this year's company outing began, in the words of the organizer of the main activity of the day: raft building.

How can air rescue crews train the use of hoists at dizzying heights, the hoists they use on operations to lower colleagues down to injured people? That is what our helicopter hoist simulator is for.

On average, patients suffering a sudden cardiac arrest have to wait 11 minutes before help arrives with an ambulance and the defibrillator they need. Minutes on which lives depend. What if these patients could receive life-saving help after just five minutes?

With a concept of doing and experiencing things at five technology stations, we gave 23 young women a "really cool" day. Lovely feedback for us, delivered with bright eyes.

The employee's memory of their time at the company. What that memory looks like cannot be determined by small gestures or warm farewell words. It is far more a testament to the soul and culture of a company.

Our practice day, with plenty of impressions at four stations, was a great success. The students were able to gain a wide range of impressions: a flight in the full-flight simulator, a 3D scan of a component and then printing it.

What is the best way to round off 2022? With great colleagues and good food and drinks in a lovely venue.

They make sure that at the end of the development, procurement and production process the various subsystems and assemblies of our products can be integrated and finally tested: our system integration team.
